  1. A. National/International Representations
    1. Leader of Open Source Physics Collection at Singapore 
      1. contributed 400 HTML5 physics simulations, used by many educators (teachers, master teachers, MOEHQ officers and specialists) 
      2. contributed 50 HTML5 math simulations
      3. contributed 1 HTML5 biology simulation
    2. Member of Science Teachers Association of Singapore
      1. organised and designed e-form for Outstanding Science Teacher Award - OSTA submission and reviewed all Physics candidates and recommend 2 for shortlisting of award 
      2. created the 2 websites of Singapore International Science Teachers' Conference
  2. B. Representations on MOE & Cross-Divisional Committees
    1. Curriculum Review for 3 Committees on H1(on-going) and H3 (new) Advanced Level Physics since 2014 until 2017 
      1. vetted the syllabus document and added reference URLs to resources made by ETD 
    2. Physics Chapter since 2012 until 2018 
      1. provide educational technology perspective on AST workshops, events and networking sessions 
      2. invited speaker to AST networking sessions to 30-60 teachers 
  3. C. Reviewer of Projects and Papers
    1. ICTLT paper comm 2i/c 
      1. paper committee 2nd ic, sorted and assigned 13 papers to each reviewers, reviewed fairly based on main committee requirements and communicated results to presenting authors and unsuccessful submissions. 
      2. facilitated 2 paper sessions, 1 spotlight Peter Ho session, designed a ICTLT poster and manned the ICT in education booth on Interactive Resources as invited by DDMPO. 
      3. paper presenter on Open Source Physics at Singapore with CPDD to 50 participants 
    2. Reviewer of Technologies for DET and LS/TFL 
      1. published paper on Massive Open and Online Courses and Open Education Resources in Singapore requested by Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization (SEAMEO)

    1. TRAISI Code: 31321-003 Using ICT to Teach Math eduLab@AST to 30 teachers.
      1. teachers liked the 15 SSTRF_2017_ETD_3 Explore-Useful Learning Math Apps interactive resources shared and the 2 SLS lessons. 
    2. Open Source Physics at Singapore iCTLT2018 1 July 1400-1430 Aquarius 1 Resort World Sentosa paper presentation to 50 teachers. 
      1. teachers liked Open Educational Resources concept and source code shared. 
    3. Workshop by Theresa Heng MTT to Primary Math Digital Network Learning Community to 15 teachers 
      1. teachers requested for a fraction game with tic tac toe and Ii made it for them 
    4. Invited Presenter at N3 Cluster’s 8th ICT Symposium 2018 EdgeField Secondary School to 36 participants.

    1. Principal Investigator for SSTRF 2017 Exploring Useful Primary Mathematics App with 15 web apps, Android and iOS apps. 
      1. completed 15 instead of the original 4, with compatibility with SLS, designing 15 lessons to share with teachers. 
    2. Principal Investigator for eduLab 2018 AEP 01/18 LW Virtual Lab Learning Analytics-Moodle extension
      1. groundbreaking features to monitor real time what students are doing in the simulations

      1. making 3 Android and iOS apps tapping on mobile phones sensors and other accessories

    1. Awarded MSEA Ministry Service Excellence Platinum and Gold Award as many educators have compliments about the quality of my prompt service and high quality work.
    2. 2018 National Day Awards Commendation Medal, for distinguished commendable performance and conduct, or significant efficiency, competence and devotion to duty.
