Submit a sitemap file This helps Google better understand how to crawl your site.

Login to your Joomla administration installation and navigate to Extensions -Manage - Install
Search using the words 'sitemap', alternatively, you can download OSMap from this page.
Select OSmap, the free version.
After installation, it should appear in Components. By default, OSMap creates a sitemap in Components > OSMap > Sitemap.

XML: This is the sitemap version for Google.
HTML: This is the sitemap version for visitors.
News: This is the sitemap version for Google News.
Images: This is the sitemap version to submit your images to Google.

Click on the XML click
It launches to the webpage
Go to Google Search Console and log in. On your Search Console home page, select your site.
In the left sidebar, click Site configuration and then Sitemaps. Click the Add/Test Sitemap button in the top right. Enter the URL of your sitemap into the text box that appears. Click Submit Sitemap. Google will show you the sitemap is correctly listed Copy the link and paste it inside Google Search
Copy only the correct part of the address for me, it was index.php/component/osmap/?view=xml&id=1
when successful, the result will show
To make your Joomla website more searchable, Display a sitemap in your website. Go to Menus - Main menu - Add new menu item. Menu item type: OSMap > HTML sitemap Choose your sitemap. Click "Save & close".
